Onsite parking can accommodate 4 vehicles. There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. Pets Allowed* Per Pet Fee Will Be Added When Booked You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Guests must agree to sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, WiFi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm which is required by Florida law for guest safety.
