We really loved our stay in Watercolor and would have given it 5 stars, but we did have a few small things stand out that we had higher expectations for. The primary bathroom had a broken shelf and broken hand shower and we had a couple of drain issues. Downtime was very responsive and sent someone out to check the drains and sent a temporary tub stopper so we could use the tub which we really appreciated. For the higher price in comparison to the neighboring places, we expected to have everything in great working condition right off the bat so that was a little disappointing. The location was amazing, we loved the decor and cleanliness of the house, the bikes were great, there were plenty of clean towels and linens, the golf cart while slightly dated in comparison to our neighbors was super fun and convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay. Despite the small hiccups that made me take off one star, we would highly recommend this home and would stay again.

I had to ask several times, including after Check-in began, for the door code since it was missing from the check-in instructions. Only 3 bikes were on property when we arrived, and I had to reach out several times before the advertised 4th bike arrived, which was on the second full day instead of the first day as promised. The third issue isn’t the fault of the property but is worth mentioning to prepare future guests. While we enjoyed having a golf cart, we were very disappointed that Watercolor now charges $25 to park a golf cart at the Beach Club and at Camp Watercolor each time. There is some street parking that is free, but that can be hard to find. Despite these issues, Watercolor is really an amazing place, and this property was great. I suggest adding towel hooks in bathrooms. We liked the welcome boxes and easy check-out!

We had a fabulous stay at Downtime! The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. The golf cart and bikes were a huge bonus and the amenities at Watercolor were perfect. The heated pool was actually very heated. We also appreciated the quick responses from the host. We will for sure be back!

We loved the location of this property. It is located just a few steps away from a pool and there was plenty of yard space across the street for kids to play soccer etc. we will definitely be back!
We had a great time at Downtime Vacation during our stay. It’s not really walkable distance to the beach but the golf cart helps with that . We had a few hiccups and they were responsive and fixed it right away. We would love to stay again in the near future.

The host was absolutely fantastic at this location. I did think this unit is just a touch far from the beach and places to go. With only one golf cart we had to take multiple trips. Nothing anyone can control but for more than 6/7 people it could be a pain to get back and forth.
