Other Things to Note: Pool Heating: The saltwater pool may be heated between October 1 and May 1 for $50 per day. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival. Private Beach Access: Guests enjoy deeded access to Bid-A-Wee’s private beach, a quiet stretch of sand reserved exclusively for the community. Your access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival in your check-in information. Guest Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed no later than 72 hours before check-in. Parking & EV Charging: The home includes covered parking and a convenient EV charging station. Events: This property is designed for family gatherings, retreats, and vacations. Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, WiFi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm which is required by Florida law for guest safety. We personally meet our guests at the property upon arrival to go over the home's specifics and ensure you’re comfortable with how everything works.
